You are never to old, To try something new
Great Story – worth the read and listen,
This woman that I am acquaintanted with called me on Monday night. She is a senior citizen in her 70′s, a lovely lady a Hungarian Jew, with a very strong accent. She asked me if I could help her with her resume and wanted to create something different that would make her stand out from the rest of her competition. She asked me if her accent was prohibitive in creating media. I told her that it was up to her but I had no problem understanding what she was saying. She and I were aquaintanted through our hometown and I had meet her 10 years prior at a playgroup which she and I were attending for my twin daughters and her granddaughter, at the time.
Through the years I probably bumped into her several times at the grocery store and around town, but last year she attended a Jewish Womans Networking group where I spoke at about my new business Blazit Market it – with a click. She happens to be currently enrolled at culinary school and will be graduating in May 2011 and was starting her job search and remembered me from that meeting last year.
A brilliant woman, with a lot of Hootspa, and life experiences, I reviewed her resume and found it to be weak in format and content because she was looking to get into an industry that she is passionate about, but had little experience.
I told her to write down her thoughts on what motivated her to go back to school at her age and wanted to understand her passion about cooking.
She left the room and came back 10 minutes later, and we recorded this audio message that is now in her BlazitResume profile, on the first try!
After my visit with her and hearing what she said, all I can say is, with a positive attitude your never to old, to try something new

We finished our session and on the way out the door, I said to her, “YOU GO
GRANNY!”
And she said, “I am may be old, but I NOT READY TO GO.”
